1. The box is composed of an inner, middle, and outer layer. The inner liner is welded with stainless steel, the outer shell is formed by bending high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the middle layer is made of polyester foam material. Shelves do not require stainless steel profiles. Sturdy structure, beautiful appearance, good corrosion resistance, and rust resistance.
2. Temperature and humidity control adopts fully integrated circuit digital display. It has the advantages of high resolution, intuitive, convenient temperature adjustment, and high control accuracy.
3. The refrigeration system adopts a direct cooling compressor, a tube coil evaporator, and an exposed condenser to improve the service life of other components. A fan is used inside the box for cold and hot exchange, reducing temperature differences and making the temperature more stable.
4. U-shaped electric heating tubes are used for heating, and the bottom heating tube heats up in the water to evenly raise the temperature inside the box to the set temperature. The use of heating to produce gas can also serve as an auxiliary supplement for humidification.
5. Advanced ultrasonic humidifiers are used for heating, which humidify water molecules into mist, ensuring that the temperature inside the box is ≥ 92%, which is superior to the widely used spray humidification method.

precautions
1. If the voltage fluctuation of the power supply exceeds the specified range of use, a power stabilizer must be installed, otherwise it will damage the instrument and refrigeration unit.
2. The power grounding must be reliable, as poor grounding can pose a danger to your personal safety.
3. Regularly check the humidifier and water tank, do not cut off the water in the dry and wet box, and replace the gauze inside the box every month.
4. Non relevant personnel are not allowed to change the control program data without authorization, in order to avoid instrument loss of control and damage.
